Online training programs provide all the benefits of traditional personal training with the addition of flexibility and affordability.
The programs are delivered via an app, rather than in person, allowing you to have full control over when and where you complete your workouts.
Each program is designed specifically for your goals & schedule based on your experience, limitations and the equipment you have access to.

The length of each workout and the frequency of workouts each week is determined by your goals and your availability.

Weekly or monthly progressions of sets, reps, weights, and/or rest to ensure progressive overload
Weekly or monthly email check ins for accountability & to ensure safe/proper progression

MOVE is for beginners looking to build overall strength that supports daily life now and long term health as you age.
The eight week program is delivered to you through the MHmovement training app.
You have your own personal calendar and profile for tracking progress.
Every exercise include a demo video, prescribed sets, reps, and rest to support proper form and appropriate intensity.
Each week the workouts are made more challenging to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.
Alongside your workouts, you will be guided through one supportive nutrition or lifestyle habit each week to support your resistance training.
$40 per week - 8 week commitment
Live Video Sessions

Live Video Sessions are a one-on-one personalized coaching experience. This option is unique in that you have a coach with you every minute of the session providing immediate feedback on form and additional motivation and support.
Your program is delivered to you in real time through a video conferencing platform such as FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, etc.
Your program is designed specifically for your goals based on your experience, limitations, and the equipment you have access to.
